Aqua Di Dea

This historic renovation was inclusive of four buildings on Euclid Avenue in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Originally built as a retail complex in 1910, the buildings were reworked as an eight-story apartment complex with two levels of underground parking and 18,000 SF of ground floor retail space.
