  • Created a more environmentally friendly building by using various sustainable design features.
  • Project included resource efficient equipment, lighting and appliance, a geo-thermal HVAC system, low plumbing fixtures and energy conserving systems and controls.
  • We retroactively worked to have the building LEED certified.
