Tony Panzica earned a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Purdue University in 1975 and his professional engineering license shortly thereafter. Mr. Panzica’s primary role as President/CEO is to market and maintain relationships with our clients. He carefully monitors client satisfaction, quality control and provides timely issue resolution.
For the past 37 years, Tony has served on a variety of boards and committees in the nonprofit sector and maintains an active role in industry-related groups. Currently, he is serving as president of the Construction Employers Association.
Mark Panzica earned his B.S. in construction engineering from Purdue University. He is currently a licensed engineer and LEED AP professional.
As Executive Vice President, Mark provides exceptional proactive leadership in managing key projects from groundbreaking to closeout. Mark is primarily responsible for the executive oversight of all management activities including contract schedule adherence, quality control and cost management of company operations.
Mark currently serves as a Board Member for the AGC of Ohio. He is the former President for the NAIOP.
Bill Davis provides dual leadership responsibilities as a Vice President-Senior Project Manager and Project Executive in addition to serving as the Resource Manager for all pre-construction and estimating. In these capacities he provides guidance and leadership in both the office and field operations. Other areas of expertise are Design-Build, Construction Management and General Contracting.
Bill began his career with Panzica Construction in 1990 and has worked in the construction field for more than 30 years. Bill earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, in addition to his Construction Management degree from Ferris State University. A LEED certified AP, Bill enjoys working with community organizations including Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity.
