Panzica with Executive Vice President Timothy I. Panzica managing the administrative operations and founder, Nacy Panzica, actively working on client relations, we work under many delivery methods (usually construction management and design-build) often on a guaranteed maximum price basis. Our expertise allows us to serve a broad spectrum of the market industry including commercial, educational, health care, industrial, public and institutional sectors. Currently constructing more than 750,000 square-feet of space with annual sales volume in excess of $130 million, much of our growth can be attributed to repeat business with clients whose trust we have gained throughout the years.
