Strongsville Recreation and Ice Arena

Highlights include:

• Transformed an existing indoor tennis club, housed in two giant pre-engineered buildings, into a custom ice skating facility.
• The 94,000 square foot property features two full-sized NHL regulation ice rinks and a third “studio” rink to be used for warm-ups, practice and other activities.
• A 40 x 300 square foot structure connecting the two buildings contains a raised viewing area into both buildings for spectators and a lower level with locker rooms, restrooms and showers.
• The site also features a lobby, party rooms, food service area and pro shop area.
