Highlights Include:

• Provided both preconstruction and construction management services for the new 26,132-SF building that was built for the Bureau of Adult Detention for the city of Bay Village.
• The structure includes space for administrative offices, conference rooms, a mezzanine, locker room and evidence record room.
• Included a detached precast plank garage used for holding evidence and a rear shooting range.
• Requisite security hardware and electric controls were installed throughout the building.
