Highlights Include:

• Panzica Construction guided the preconstruction phase of this $4 million design-build project.
• Work at this 4-acre site included the installation of a new plant retention basin for both the new and existing facility, installation of roads over railroad sidings and re-working of fire loop system.
• The 120,000-SF pre-engineered plant was built over existing railroad siding and included bridge cranes and depressed delivery area for trucks and trains to accommodate steel coil deliveries.
