  • Involved a 12,600-SF addition and 2,800-SF renovation of the existing elementary school.
  • The addition included science laboratories, performing arts space, classrooms, and a gallery/commons/expo area featuring a dramatic clerestory.
  • Project also included the replacement of the 33-year-old mechanical chiller equipment for the entire school.
  • An extensive storm sewer relocation was required prior to commencement of construction.
