Highlights Include:

• Renovation of two abandoned buildings of 10,000 SF and 6,000 SF.
• Renovations included:  complete demolition of parts of each building , new concrete pavement, overhead sliding doors, windows, epoxy flooring, painting of interior and exterior, and HVAC systems.
• Creation of six service bays and two wash/detail bays, which entailed installation of oil/water separators, compressed air lines, water lines, new electrical, and coordinating the installation of automobile lifts.
