Our Latest Project
Ohio City “Intro” project
Panzica Construction is underway on the Ohio City “Intro” project at the corner of Lorain and W. 25thStreets. The famous intersection, long home to the West Side Market, is now the setting of what will be the largest mass timber-framed residential structure in the United States. The nine-story building will house 298 apartment units, 333 underground parking spaces and 36,000 square-feet of retail space on the ground floor. Intro will be ready for tenants in early 2022!
