- The first and third floors will house all of the 3rd District Police functions. The third floor will be the new home for the city-wide public safety communication headquarters for the Police, Fire and EMS Dispatchers and Call Takers.

The lockers of two of the 3rd District Police Officers who died in the line of duty will be installed in the new facility.
