Mayfield Village, Ohio (September 5, 2013)- President / CEO, Tony Panzica announced today changes designed to continue the growth of the 57 year old company in today’s construction marketplace.


Mark Panzica has been promoted to Executive Vice President.  With a focus on operations, his new position will help Panzica Construction to excel into the future.   Mr. Panzica brings many new ideas to the organization but will continue to also focus on the continuity of our brand as the construction marketplace changes.

Vice President Bill Davis will continue to assist with daily operations, project management and will now be focusing more on the duties of Preconstruction Services.

Ronald Payto, AIA has been promoted to Director of Business Development and is leading the Marketing and Project Development Team.  Mr. Payto will utilize his vast knowledge and expertise of the construction industry to further Panzica’s growth.

Keith Booth, CPA has been hired as Panzica’s new Controller.  He brings over 15 years of accounting experience to the company.  Mr. Booth is responsible for the business accounting activities and will play an active role in establishing new policies and procedures that will benefit the company.

Robin McKenzie has joined the Panzica team as an Estimator.  Mr. McKenzie has over 32 years of experience as an Estimator in construction related fields.  He will assist in the development of the initial preliminary costs and scheduling, while monitoring the development of the design documents for cost control purposes.


Panzica Construction has also implemented some changes to our marketing processes and brand.  We have redesigned our logo and developed our new website,  The website includes detailed pictures and in-depth reviews of projects, a “What’s New” section and also includes a strong effort to integrate social media into Panzica Construction’s everyday communications on Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. We invite people to explore our website from the inside and learn about our rich heritage and find out why so many companies have relied on Panzica to get their job done on time and within budget.
