  • 12 additional skilled nursing units (added to the previous units).
  • Freestanding chapel.
  • 85-space underground parking garage.
  • 30 separate balconies.
  • Full-service restaurant accomodating 80-plus patrons.
  • Club/bistro.
  • Fitness center/spa.
  • Multipurpose seating room accommodating more than 200.

Location: Euclid, Ohio

Highlights Include:

  • Featured architecture of the Black Forest region of German, the original home of the client.
  • Located on a hilltop adjacent to the Cleveland Metro Parks.
  • This 93,000 square foot project included 100 beds.
  • The project included a distinctive bell tower and a landscaped prayer garden.
  • Artifacts were used to restore chapel.

  • Incorporated two landscaped courtyards.
  • Full-service kitchen.
  • Porte cochere.
  • Attractive octagonal two-story area adjacent to the main entry.

Location: Parma, Ohio

Highlights Include:

  • Managed the construction of this new, 2-story, 30 unit assisted living structure along with a new 3-story long-term nursing facility at the existing facility.
  • Included interior renovations to a 150 bed addition to existing nursing home.
  • Panzica also built the 4,500 square foot brick and stone veneer duplex house on the Mount Alverna campus.
