Boasting spectacular views of both the Cuyahoga River and Lake Erie, the Flats East Bank Apartments are completed and partially occupied by eager new tenants. The joint venture of Panzica-LeChase Construction completed work on the $65 million luxury residential complex which consists of 240 apartment units, totaling 500,000-square-feet. Sitting on the formerly deserted bank of the Cuyahoga River, the remarkable new structure is now the flagship of the revitalized Flats East Bank. Mayor Frank Jackson, Scott and Iris Wolstein and members of Cleveland City Council were on hand for the ribbon-cutting marking the official opening of the waterfront district.
