As many of us Clevelanders know, Our City is well on its way to becoming a bigger, better place. This video featured on Channel 5 news shows some of the major developments taking place. We are proud to be a part of this process.
One of the largest projects is redeveloping the Flats – Panzica is currently working on the Flats East Bank. In 2013, we completed the Flats Aloft Hotel, a hotel aimed to serve to tech-savvy clients. We are also in the process of constructing the Flats East Bank luxury apartments and retail.
