Highlights Include:

• 33,000 square f00t, 1 ½ story new building consisting of a steel frame, composite decks, metal panels, wood/stone veneer and TPO roof.
• Building is anticipated to meet LEED  requirements.
• Highlights include engaging the existing park like setting and bike path as well as working with designated wetland areas.
• Interior highlights include raised access floor, state of the art technology, plug aplay electrical systems, natural light monitors and lighting controls systems for daylight harvesting.
