Highlights include:

  • Provided construction management services for the new nursing and assisted living facility located on the existing Lutheran Home property.
  • The Paragon Building is a new 66,000 square foot, two-floor facility housing both nursing and assisted living functions.
  • The 27,000 square foot Main Street Building is connected to the Paragon Building and includes the village square with clock tower, dining, greenhouse, chapel, library, cinema, aviary, full kitchen and food prep room.
  • Remodeled the existing 30,000 square foot ‘G’ Pod Nursing Wing, adding roads and parking, heavy landscaping, stone walls and underground utilities.
